Mike Tyson has made it exceptionally clear the way in which he truly feels about "Mike," the Hulu biopic.
Mike Tyson says that the Biopic isn't great.
Russell Hornsby stars as boxing promoter Don King in the eight-episode series.
Russell said that 'we attempt to respect Mike Tyson and show a few insights" about his life.
"He isn't the first to have a complaint about how he is depicted in the film" Russell added.
"Or on the other hand the way in which he might be depicted in books" Russell added.
"We didn't attempt to commend him and we didn't attempt to belittle him," he said" Rusell added.
“I think what we had intended to do was tell his story,” Rusell added.
Tyson, the previous heavyweight champ, posted on his Instagram page that he didn't approve, nor was he paid for, his biography.
"He had a ton of highs and lows and he has an option to feel as such, yet I am certain that all will be dealt with from now on.
